– Secur-A-Gap™ creates a secure, custom fit around raised walls, rock features, and waterfalls using stainless steel cable, turnbuckles, and wall anchors — no compromise on safety.
– Reduced Deck Mount (RDM) System is a patented solution for pools with limited deck space, allowing full-sized springs to still deliver proper tension.
– Custom Wedges close off exposed gaps around steps and other features that could otherwise let debris — or a small child — slip underneath.
Solid Cover Drainage, Solved
Solid safety covers need a way to shed water — GLI builds that in:
– Invis-A-Drain: Precision-punched drain holes run down the center of the cover over a 12″ mesh drain panel, letting water through while filtering out debris. Standard on all custom HyPerLite covers.
– Sure-Flo™ Full-Length Drain: ProMesh fabric runs the full length of the pool for maximum drainage while still blocking sunlight and debris. Standard on all stock HyPerLite covers.
– Pump systems are also available as an alternative to either drain option.
Premium Materials, Every Time
GLI doesn’t cut corners on the details:
– Webbing: 1″ black polypropylene webbing rated to 2,400 lbs. break strength per layer, double-reinforced around the full perimeter and every tail
– Chafing straps: 100% PVC straps sewn into the underside of every strap for long-term protection
– Thread: Dabond bonded polyester thread, triple-stitched at every panel join for UV and abrasion resistance
– Springs: 304 stainless steel dual draw-bar springs with a locking toggle system so you never lose a spring cover again
